Hengrythm offers FREE SHIPPING for domestic shipping for all orders from our online shop.

GDex is our primary domestic carrier

The buyer is responsible for tariffs or import duties. We will not accept back or refund packages on the grounds that you were not aware of these fees. Any taxes that go unpaid will automatically be charged to your account.

Shipping Rate

Purchase Less than USD1000 (South East Asia Only): USD50 flat rate applied

Purchase  at USD1,000 or More: 3% of total purchase price

For international shipment, our primary shipping services are FedEx International Economy Service.

Upon request, shipping can be expedited using FedEx International Priority. Orders must be received by 2 pm Malaysia time. Customers are responsible for the expedite charges.

In-stock products are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

If the products you have selected are currently not in stock, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.
